Full-Time Desktop Support Analyst
Kforce is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst for a client in the Kansas City, MO area.
Summary: This position will work the 8PM-6:30AM shift Sunday-Tuesday (Days can vary) and will report to the Service Manager of Workflow Support Operations. The responsibilities of this role include troubleshooting, analyzing and repairing systems, applications, hardware and computer peripherals. This position also handles troubleshooting customer problems using remote support software such as PCAnywhere, BOMGAR and Windows Remote Desktop. This person will consult with customers to identify the best solutions and practices to recommend. Implementing configuration, workflow and other system enhancements are also key responsibilities of this position. Training is 2 1/2 weeks.
Associates degree in Technology related field or 2 years equivalent related experience
Ideal background – Pharmacy
Technical troubleshooting experience
Basic Windows OS knowledge (XP/7/8)
Experience with remote support tools such as PCAnywhere, BOMGAR or Windows Remote Desktop
Experience with SLA driven resolution times
Proficiency with supporting software applications
